Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MarketMind AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. About the service

MarketMind AI is an AI-assisted marketing platform for Egyptian SMEs that helps you capture your business profile, generate a 12-week marketing strategy and weekly Facebook content drafts, review and approve them, publish to your Facebook page, and follow performance.

The platform is provided as a demonstration. Some capabilities are simulated in the hosted environment and are clearly labelled as simulated (for example, the demo payment provider). Availability, behavior, and features may change or be suspended.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact email below about unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

When you use MarketMind, and in the content you submit or publish through it, you must not:

  • Break any applicable law or third-party rights (including Meta platform terms when publishing to Facebook).
  • Infringe intellectual property, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
  • Publish false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims — the platform deliberately blocks unapproved price, guarantee, medical, and comparison claims and requires owner approval for promotions.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or attack the service, bypass rate limits or security controls, or reverse engineer the platform.
  • Submit malicious input, including attempts to make the AI ignore its rules (prompt injection).
  • Use the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, or distribution of harmful content.

5. Your content

Your business data and the content you submit remain yours. You grant the platform a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service (including sending relevant parts to AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy). Content published to Facebook is governed also by your relationship with Meta. You decide what gets approved and published; the platform never auto-publishes without your explicit approval.

6. AI output limitations

AI-generated strategies, captions, and images are drafts produced by third-party models and validated by automated checks. They may still be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every item before it is published. MarketMind output is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. Third-party services

The platform relies on third parties (Google, OpenAI/OpenRouter, Meta, Paymob, email and storage providers). Their own terms apply to those services, and they may change or restrict their offerings. Problems caused by third parties may affect platform behavior.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis for evaluation and demonstration. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including during and after the graduation project period.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design, curated marketing knowledge base, and brand materials belong to the MarketMind project team (formal ownership structure to be confirmed). [LEGAL REVIEW] Your content remains yours as stated above.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the platform. This demo platform should not be used as your only marketing or business tool without independent safeguards such as data exports.

12. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise determined after legal review. [LEGAL REVIEW]

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
